Use Methods
1. Mixing: Mix the Component A and Component B evenly, add them into the hopper. If the color required, use the EVA base materials (the color masterbatch should be dried). The material should be use up within 2 hours after unpacking.(It can’t be dried.)The external water can’t be brought in during the process.
2. Screw Type: Suggest to use unequal distance & unequal depth,double flight screw. Compression Ratio: ≤2.0
3. Extrusion Temperature:
Control the melt temperature at 160±10℃. The extrusion temperature should be adjusted according to the actual situation.
4. Pay-off Speed: Without the effect of smoothness and performance, the faster is better.
5. Cross-linking: Natural cross-link or Water bath(Steam). Natural Cross-link: Temperature 15-25℃,cross-link will be finished around 7days. When temperature is higher than 25℃, cross-link will be finished around 3days. Water bath or Steam: Should control the temperature around 80℃ in order to keep it from sticking together, it will finish about 4hours. The thickness of the test piece is 1mm. If thickness>1mm, the crosslink time should be adjusted according to the actual situation. Full performance test, water bath (steam) 80℃, more than 8 hours, to ensure the material is fully cross-linked.
Package, Transport and Storage
Package:Vacuum packed. Transport: Can’t be exposed to the sun or rain, or suffer mechanical damage. Storage:Should be stacked on the pallet in a clean, dry and ventilated warehouse. Warranty:6 months.
